Mother's Day

Special Gift for Mother’s Day Part I

When growing up, we went to study or work at another state or country, spending more time with our friends, or long hour working and thus we have less time to spending together with our family.

Mother’s Day is coming, on the second Sunday of May month.

Let do something and treat her like your queen on that special day.

A big hug

When is the last round you hug your mum, sometime a silent long hug is the only things to told her how deep you love her. According to family therapist Virginia Satir, “We need four hugs a day for survival. We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth.” Nowadays, people love to communicate via phone, they forget of social interaction and touching each other. Just put down the phone, hug a little closer and tighter to your mum.

 Handmade card

During our childhood time, we use to prepare a handcraft to our beloved mother during this occasion. Today we can also make meaningful moments even more personal with handcrafted card, write something from your heart and decorated with your childhood photo. Remind each other of these valuable memories.

Cook a meal for her

Prepare a meal for your mother if you never do that before. Putting some effort to the meal preparation by understanding the nutrients need by her age, the texture she prefers and her favorite food. When age increase, collagen and ceramide in the body will decrease accordingly. A simple vegetable tuna sandwich with a marine collagen drink by Greens can help to firm up saggy skin and burst.

Clean the house before she awakes

A mother is always the superwomen in the house, working in the day time then start cooking, cleaning, take care of the children and all kinds of housework at night. Most of the mothers will prioritize household work at the expense of leisure and sleep. Just a day, wake up before your mum, done all the housework before she wakes up to give her a big surprise.

Treat her with spa or massage

Buy facemask then on the soft music at home and give your mummy a shoulder massage to relax her and come back with a refresh skin condition. You can further add on one pack of Eclairer by Greens to boost up her ceramide level and improve her skin hydration. Furthermore, you can also schedule her a massage or spa for destress.
