We recommend consuming it once a week.

八珍汤是传统中医流传下来的著名的药方，具有补益气血的功效。可用于各种病后虚证、慢性病和月经不调的人群。加入鸡肉或者鸡蛋，风味更佳。建议一周服用一次。

•      Dang Shen党参

•      Fu Ling茯苓片

•      Bai Zhu白术

•      Zhi Gan Cao炙甘草

•      Dang Gui当归身

•      Shu Di Huang熟地黄

•      Chuan Xiong川芎

•      Bai Shao白芍

•      Black dates黑枣

•      Gou Qi Zi枸杞子
