Ten Essence Soup is one of the traditional Chinese herbal soups. It is good for warming the body and nourishing Qi and blood, which helps those who are experiencing general weakness and various chronic diseases, and post-labour women. We recommend consuming it once a week.

本方在十全大补汤的基础上，加上黑枣和枸杞子的搭配，有助于温通筋脉，加强补益气血的功效。对于各种虚劳病，慢性病与餐后妇女均有补益效果。建议一周服用一次。

Ingredients

•      Dang Shen党参

•      Fu Ling茯苓片 

•      Bai Zhu白术

•      Zhi Gan Cao炙甘草

•      Dang Gui当归身

•      Shu Di Huang熟地黄

•      Chuan Xiong川芎

•      Bai Shao白芍                                                    

•      Black dates黑枣

•      Gou Qi Zi枸杞子

•      Gui Zhi桂枝

•     Huang Qi炙黄芪
