Lavender Sleeping Tea has a calming and tranquilising effect, improving sleep quality and helping sleep disorders. We recommend consuming it once or twice a week, you may choose to take it at night or before going to bed. Those with severe symptoms are recommended to take it once a night until symptoms improve.

This is safe for adults to consume. Individuals who have spleen and stomach deficiency and weak cold body constitution, pregnant women and children below age 12 need to consult their doctor or a Chinese medicine physician before consuming the herbal tea. 适用于成人。体质虚弱,脾胃虚寒者慎服。孕妇和孩子建议在医生或者专业中医师指导下服用。
✕ Contraindicate with people who are allergic to chamomile and who have low blood pressure. 如果有洋甘菊过敏史、低血压患者禁用。
✕ Not recommended for consumption during work due to its calming effects. 不建议正在工作的人群使用,避免精神过于放松,影响工作质量。
