REQUEST WITHIN 3 DAYS FOR RETURN / REFUND IF YOU:

E.g. incorrect quantity, wrong product

Received an incomplete product 

We would resend correct product together with the collection of the wrong product.

For more than 14 working days, excluding public holiday.

Did not receive the order

You may track and view your parcel updates here.

E.g. expired product

Received bad product(s) 

Upon proof of product expiry, a full replacement product will be given.
You do not have to return the products.

E.g. product is dented, broken, spoiled

Received a product with physical damage 

Upon proof of damaged products, a full replacement product will be given.
You do not have to return the products.

STEP 1: SUBMIT RETURN FORM

Return request must be made within 3 days from the date of received.

Take pictures of the packaging box damages, physical item damages, consignment note of item received, picture of all item received in the parcel.

STEP 2: IF REQUEST IS APPROVED

For product that is entitled for returns, must be in its original condition, quantity and packaging with formal shipping proof.

STEP 3: REFUND / EXCHANGE

eGreenbeans will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same.

REFUND:
Refund will be made to the Customer via the same payment method used on purchased.

EXCHANGE:
Available for in stock products.
