Shan Shoei Mountain Wild Flower Honey is harvested in February and March of each year in Central and Southern Taiwan. It is the number one honey exported by Taiwan beekeepers. It is light in color and has a distinctive smooth taste. Mountain wild flower honey contains a large amount of glucose and thus crystallizes very readily.

Preparation method:
Can be consumed directly, or brewed with water. Do not consumed with boiled water. Honey is best to be used with warm water below 40 °C or diluted with cold water.
