1. What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with MasterCard or Visa credit card or direct bank transfer. We also have Touch and Go payment service. All transactions are encrypted and insured.
2. What happens if one of the items I ordered is out of stock?
If one of the items you ordered is temporarily out of stock, our customer service personnel will contact you for further arrangements.
3. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location and amount of your order. Additional delivery charges may apply to your order. Kindly check our T&C for further details.
4. Do you deliver orders outside of Malaysia?
At present, we only deliver orders within Malaysia. However, you may contact our customer service for more information.
5. When will I receive my order?
|West Malaysia||3 – 7 business days|
|East Malaysia||7 – 10 business days|

All delivery lead times are estimates only. We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
6. What if my order does not reach as expected?
Your order might take longer to process depending on the availability of the items ordered. We will inform you as soon as possible if the items you have ordered are not available. If your order does not reach you within 14 business days, please contact us for assistance.
7. What if the item I receive is incorrect or defective?
In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, or your ordered item is missing, please contact our customer service on the day you received your order with following details.
- Full Name
- IC number
- Contact Number
- Invoice number/ order number
- Description of defect/damage with photo
Kindly return the item in the original packaging along with the tax invoice and free gifts received with it (if any). Our customer service personnel will contact you for further arrangement.
