1 cup Shine Oat Milk
4 slices Breads
1 tbs Butter
2 tbsp Honey
- Whisk Shine Oat Milk and eggs together in a big bowl.
- Soak the bread in the oat milk mixture.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan.
- Fry for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat with each slice.
- Serve warm with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey for a wholesome taste.
