Chia Seed Pudding
1 cup Shine Soy Milk
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup Goji berry
1tbs Honey (Optional: Apricot pulp)
1. Add 6 tablespoons of Soymilk powder into 200 ml warm water and stir well.
2. Place chia seeds in a glass bowl. Pour the 200 ml soymilk into the glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours.
3. Remove from refrigerator, the chia seeds will swell and formed a thick mixture.
4. Top up with healthy goji berry and honey for richer taste.
